Paste to WordPress from Word

Earlier today I was asked about this, so I thought I’d share it with you all. Is it possible to paste from Word to WordPress without the typical formatting mess? The answer is yes. Here’s how.

While you’re in the WordPress post editor, click the button labeled “Show/Hide Kitchen Sink.” You will then see a button labeled “Paste from Word.”  When you click it, a small window will appear. Paste your text inside and click “Insert.” This will insert the text into your post and remove the unnecessary formatting.
