		<description>This is sound, creative thinking, something that is unlikely to come out of most civil servants or community organizers except in the rarest of cases. You know, people that run the joint.

Those people likely don&#039;t read the bleeding edge tech blogs like this, where you can find &lt;em&gt;a lot&lt;/em&gt; of interesting proposals from forward-looking individuals.

So let&#039;s do our communities a favor: email this article to your local library, or maybe even someone higher up if you can. Those are some busy people who likely aren&#039;t getting paid much and barely have the resources to do their job at hand, let alone dream up new creative things or even just crawl the web looking for ideas (SO time-consuming).

Maybe this is a good habit in general: don&#039;t let good blog posts die; if you can&#039;t act upon a good idea, place them in inboxes of someone who can.</description>
