I installed Firefox 3 today, only to find that my favorite thing about it — Google browser sync — is incompatible.

Not only is it incompatible, it’s been discontinued. Google will not be updating it for Firefox 3. Eventually Firefox’s own “Weave” tool will replace the functionality. I hope.
