I’ve been reading Weirdsmobile for years. One of the reasons I’ve never abandoned him is because of posts that begin like this:

Also: This is one of those blog entries where the obvious solution to the stated problem is to just stop doing that thing and do something else. So I want to note at the outset that I’m aware of this fact. This entry is not so much a request for advice as a lamentation and an attempt to understand something about my brain by writing about it out loud.
Actually, I guess all my blog entries should be understood this way.
