I could use your help. I’m setting up a Vanilla Forum. Everything is working well, except for the process of approving new users. When I click to confirm a user reqeust, I get the following error:

A fatal, non-recoverable error has occurred
Technical information (for support personel):

Error Message
An error occurred while sending the email.
Affected Elements
Email.Send();
